We can assess all-fobs-lost jobs on supported systems. Call with the make, model and year, and tell us whether you have the original key-code card. We confirm what is possible before booking.
Which motorcycles and scooters do you cover?
Compatibility depends on the model, year and key system. Tell us those details when you call. We confirm support for your specific bike before agreeing any work.
Do I need to bring the motorcycle?
We normally need access to the bike to check the system and test the fob. We’ll confirm what is required when we discuss your job. Ask about collection if it cannot be brought in.
Can you cut a metal key as well?
If you need a physical or emergency key, mention it when you call. Cutting and programming are different services; we’ll confirm whether your request can be arranged before you book.
Does a fob job include recovery?
Collection is optional and quoted separately. If you can bring the bike to an agreed appointment, a recovery booking is not automatically required.
What if the problem is not the fob?
A starting or recognition fault may need further diagnosis. We’ll explain the findings and any proposed work before you agree to additional charges.
