RKMotorgroup provides physical garage and recovery services such as vehicle recovery, storage, damage assessment and repairs. RKMotorgroup does not promise or guarantee that a non-fault accident matter will be accepted by an accident-management provider.
Where appropriate, an enquiry may be progressed or referred through our relationship with McAMS. Any accident-management service, replacement motorcycle or associated support is subject to assessment, acceptance and the applicable provider terms. Referral does not guarantee liability, compensation, claim success, insurer payment or replacement-bike provision.
4. Recovery, storage and repair terms
The website itself does not replace any separate recovery/storage authorisation or repair instruction. Charges, storage rates, payment responsibility, vehicle release arrangements and any immediate-service authorisation should be agreed with the customer in the applicable service documentation.
